My Wife and I are Hikers in our mid 60’s and planning a trip to the Blackhills in September. My wife is done with camping but loves to hike 8-10 miles a day then to where we Stay and walk to Dinner and have a glass of Wine. Where in the Black hill suggest staying to have access to the trails or should we spend a few days like around Deadwood then a few nights in Hot Springs ? Any Tips and suggestions are welcome.
